d) After the transfer is credited to our account, we will issue a bill and our recruitment team will send you a list of documents and further steps of the recruitment process.

After paying the recruitment fee, prepare and send to: recruitment@ache.stingcompany.com the following documents needed for recruitment.

These documents will also be requested by our recruitment team.

2. Sending necessary documents to the recruitment company

1.Confirmation of payment of the recruitment fee.
2.Scan of your passport
3.Information on the exact course of study the candidate wants to apply for
4.Scans of diplomas from other universities – certificates of completed courses and qualifications.This information is needed for the preparation of an individual course of study, in which you can count individual subjects on the basis of completed studies/courses, etc.
5.Candidate’s resume – WORD format and PDF
6.Photo for passport – on a white background
7.Current address of residence and for correspondence

All the above-mentioned information should be sent to the following email address: recruitment@ache.stingcompany.com and title the email:
Title: [Your First Name Surname – direction of Study] – Recruitment Application.

3. Sign admission documents

After receiving all of the above documents, we prepare to sign:

Recruitment application for the chosen field of study and
Offer Letter for signature.

The candidate then signs the Application Form and Offer Letter and makes payment for the chosen field of study The amount may be reduced by the individual level of funding provided by the university (If applicable)

After the transfer is credited to the account of the recruitment company, an invoice will be issued to the candidate and the student will be officially admitted to the chosen field of study.

4. Students receive the confirmation and starts the course on the University

The student receives a Confirmation Letter from the university and begins his/her studies
