TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHOP
I. Definitions
- User– any entity using the services of the Site maintained at https://ache.stingcompany.com/
- Client – any entity making an order and purchasing products from the Store
- User Account – a service provided free of charge electronically by the Services Provider, allowing the User to use additional functionalities of the Website.
- Store– online store operated by the Services Provider at www.ache.stingcompany.com.
- Service – the website on which the Store operated at https://ache.stingcompany.com/is located .
- Services Provider – STING COMPANY Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Adama Mickiewicza 29, 40-885, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Katowice, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000820012, NIP/VAT UE: PL6342971425, REGON: 385109690
- Product – a product or service offered for sale in the store
- University –a higher education institution with which the services provider cooperates. Among others, Azteca Center For Higher Education based in Mexico.]
II. General provisions
- These TERM indicate the terms and conditions for the use of the service for the benefit of Users which are, in particular:
- sale of goods or products and services via the Internet – paid service.
- establishment and maintenance of a user account on the service – free of charge service.
- The range of products offered through the site includes: intermediation in the process of application for studies, payment of recruitment fees, recruitment services for universities.
- Information and a description of the products offered and services provided is provided by the Store next to each product on the https://ache.stingcompany.com/website .
- Each User has the opportunity to free of charge, voluntarily create an individual user account on the site which gives the possibility to use additional store functionalities such as: to check the status of an order, to view the order history, to edit the User’s data in the Account on their own, as well as to participate in the Loyalty Program.
- Each User may contact the Services Provider via the contact form locatedon the service pages, via What’s Up by sending a message to the phone number: +48 505 602 272, via e-mail by sending a message to the address: support@ache.stingcompany.com.
- These terms and conditions are an integral part of the Agreement, which the user enters into with the services provider after starting to use the services of the Store.
- Access to the services of the service may be limited or impossible in the event of maintenance work on IT systems. At the same time, we will make every effort to ensure that impediments of this type occur as rarely and for as short a time as possible.
- Any irregularities related to the functioning of the Service, Store, User Account should be reported to the e-mail address support@ache.stingcompany.com.
- Content published by Users on the Service, such as comments, ratings, reviews, statements, are their private opinions.
- It is prohibited for Users to provide content of an unlawful nature.
- All products offered in the Store by the Services Provider comply with European and/or Polish standards.
- The Services Provider stipulates that it is only an agent in the implementation of services between the Client and the University and is not responsible for the actions of the University.
- Any Products available on the Service related to the University are related only to intermediary and recruitment services.
- If the Services Provider has provided documents in a language other than Polish, the basis for interpretation is all documents recorded and provided in Polish, as the translation may contain errors resulting from the translation of documents.
- In case of doubt, the terms and conditions should be governed in accordance with the laws of the country of registration of the services provider.
III. Acceptance and execution of orders
- The user shall place an order for a product or service directly on the Store’s website https://ache.stingcompany.com/.
- During the order process the User has the opportunity to create a User Account which gives him access to additional functions.
- In the order form the User completes the necessary data for shipment and makes:
- selection of the product or service
- choice of delivery method
- choice of payment method
- After the order is placed, a message with information about the placed order is sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
- The order is processed by the Store upon receipt of payment for the ordered product. The exception is when the product is shipped on delivery, in which case the order is processed immediately after placing the order.
- Lack of realized payment by the Client within 7 days, i.e. lack of payment for the product, will result in cancellation of the order.
- The client’s order will be processed provided that the product is in stock or available from the store’s suppliers.
- partial shortage of goods in the order – when the missing product is part of a larger order, the client is informed of the shortage and decides to partially fulfill the order or cancel the entire order. Refund of money in case of prepayment is made in part or in full according to the client’s decision. Refund of money in case of prepayment is made within a maximum of 21 days after cancellation of the order.
- total shortage of the product in the order – when the product is out of stock or from the store’s suppliers and there is no possibility of processing the order the client will be informed. Refund of money in the case of prepayment is made in full within a maximum of 21 days after cancellation of the order.
- After verification of the order, a message will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the client with information regarding:
- confirmation of acceptance of the order which is tantamount to the conclusion of the contract of sale,
- lack of part or all of the order due to lack of products,
- the impossibility of processing the order due to lack of payment.
- The contract of sale is concluded upon delivery to the client of an e-mail containing confirmation of acceptance of the order.
- A proof of purchase is issued for each order. After the client selects the appropriate option and provides the necessary data, a purchase invoice is issued for the order.
- By the time the order is completed, i.e. by the time the product is transferred for shipment, the client may make changes to the order, including withdrawal of the placed order in its entirety.

- Modifications of the order in the following areas: shipping address, order for refund of overpayment can be made only in electronic form via e-mail to: support@ache.stingcompany.com.
IV. Terms of payment in the online store and delivery costs.
- The prices of products in the online store are given in euros.
- Each product has its own price and this price is binding at the time of placing an order by the client.
- The store has the right to:
- change the price of products in the Store
- introduce new products and remove products from the Store’s offer,
- conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store’s pages,
- make changes to the Store’s promotional offers.
- The rights described in the above paragraph shall not affect the prices of products purchased and ordered before the promotional offers or changed prices became effective.
- The following forms of payment for ordered products with delivery on Polish territory or abroad are available:
- electronic transfer
- traditional bank transfer
- payment by credit/debit card
- BLIK payment
- Google Pay payment
- Apple Pay payment
- We reserve the right to block some forms of payment for selected products.
- The client shall bear the cost of delivery of the ordered product.
- After selecting the product and shipping agent, the shopping cart will automatically calculate delivery costs.
- In the case of purchase of virtual products and digital content, delivery costs do not exist.
- With the option of personal collection of the product delivery costs do not occur.
V. Delivery Terms
Virtual products, digital content
- The store has 48 hours to send via email a link to download a virtual product, digital content or grant access to download a file. This is the maximum period for shipping or granting access that may occur when the queue of files is very large. As a rule, the product is delivered immediately after payment.
- In the case where a virtual product, digital content is sold in a promotion with a consulting service or specialist consultation, there will be a telephone contact to prepare a dedicated product before the content is shipped.
VI. Right of withdrawal from the contract
- The client may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The exception is products and services prepared individually for the client made on special order. If the product is tampered with, in particular cosmetics or goods related to personal hygiene
- Statement of withdrawal from the contract must be sent via the withdrawal formlocated on our website or in electronic form to the email address support@ache.stingcompany.comprzywhereby the day of submission of the statement of withdrawal is considered the day of sending the statement. The statement must be sent before the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product
- The return of goods is possible only if the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way. Returned products must be complete (must not be devoid of tags, labels).
- Returned products should be sent back together with the proof of purchase received with it with the note “Return”.
- The returned product should be sent immediately to the store, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The store does not accept shipments on delivery.
- Return of the product shall be made to the registration address of the services provider.
- The store shall refund the payment for the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Client’s statement of withdrawal from the contract, provided that at that time the Client returned the product to the Store. The payment is returned using the same means of payment that were used by the Client at the time of purchase, unless the Client has expressly indicated a different form of payment refund.
- The client shall be refunded all costs incurred by him, including the cost of delivery of the item at the rate of the cheapest shipping method offered by the store.
- In the case of purchase of virtual products and digital content, the client each time accepts that he waives his right to return electronically purchased goods.
- In the case of purchase of goods marked as and/or containing Recruitment Fee in the name of the product, the Client accepts each time that he waives his right to return the product purchased electronically. The services provider at the time of the conclusion of the contract of sale I proceed to the execution.
- In accordance with Article 38 paragraph 15 which states: “The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance is not granted to the consumer with respect to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal and after the entrepreneur has informed him of the loss of the right of withdrawal.” (Law on Consumer Rights)
VII. Complaints
- The store is obliged to provide the client with the product without defects.
- The Store is liable for physical and legal defects of products purchased in the Store under the terms of the Civil Code.
- A complaint must be sent via the complaintform located on our website or in documentary form to the email address support@ache.stingcompany.com with information on the type and date of the defect.
- The actions that the client can take if there is a defect in the product:
- Make a declaration to reduce the price of the goods or to withdraw from the contract, unless the Store without undue inconvenience to the Client is able to replace the defective product with goods without defects. If the product defect is insignificant, the client may not withdraw from the contract.
- The client may demand replacement of the product with a defect-free one or removal of the defect in accordance with the specified rules of the Civil Code.
- Within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of receipt of a valid complaint, it will be considered by the Store, and the reporting client will be informed of the position taken by the Store, via e-mail sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Client used by the Client for correspondence in connection with the services of the Store.
- The store shall be liable for the product under warranty if the physical defect is discovered before the expiration of two years from the date of receipt of the product by the client.
- The right to remove the defect or replace the Product with a defect-free one year from the date of discovery of the defect, but in the case of an Order placed by a Consumer – the course of the limitation period cannot end before the expiration of two years.
VIII. User account on the system
- Any user may create a user Account on the Site.
- Registration of an Account in the system can also be done through such services as: Facebook, Google or others if available.
- Establishing a User Account is voluntary and allows the User to take advantage of additional features in the Store, available to registered Users.
- Establishing a User Account is done by filling out the appropriate registration form in the Store or through the services indicated above.
- In order to use a User Account, it is necessary to have a device with an Internet browser that supports cookies, with access to the Internet and an active email account.
- At the time of registration (creation of a User Account), a contract is concluded between the User and the Services Provider, for an indefinite period of time, for the maintenance of the User Account under the terms of these TERM.
- The User may cancel the User Account at any time, without giving any reason or incurring any costs. For this purpose, the User should send to the Store, via the contact formavailable on the site or to the e-mail address: support@ache.stingcompany.com his resignation, which will result in immediate deletion of the User Account and dissolution of the contract in this regard.
IX. Technical conditions
- In order to use the services of the Service, it is necessary to meet certain technical requirements:
- An active e-mail account;
- A device connected to the Internet and a web browser installed;
- Acceptance of cookies enabled in the web browser used by the device;
- JavaScript support enabled in the web browser used by the device.
- Minimum versions of operating systems required for proper operation of the service:
- A PC or laptop type device with Windows 8.1 or higher version installed
- Device type computer or laptop type MAC with installed system version macOS High Sierra or higher
- Smartphone or tablet device with installed Android 5.0 (Lollipop) version system or higher
- Smartphone or tablet device with iOS 11 / iPadOS 13 version system installed or higher.
- The user should use the appropriate browser that works with his device.
X. Personal data and cookie policy
- The administrator of the personal data provided by the User when using the services of the Website is the Services Provider.
- User’s personal data is processed on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its implementation and on the basis of consent, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information on data processing by the Services Provider is contained in the privacy policy posted on the Service.
When using the Service, please consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, you can change your browser settings accordingly or quit using the Service. For information about the cookies used on the Service, please refer to the privacy policy on the Service page.
XI. Final provisions
- The contract of sale and the contract for the provision of services by electronic means shall be concluded between the User and the Services Provider.
- Products and services published on the pages of the Store do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- In matters not covered by these TERM, the provisions of generally applicable law, including the Civil Code as well as the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
- In the case of disputes arising from the contract of sale, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the defendant’s registered office or the court having jurisdiction over the place of execution of the contract.
- The store reserves the right to make changes to these TERMs in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the important reasons indicated below
- in the event of a change in the laws governing the sale of Products or provision of services electronically by the Store affecting the mutual rights and obligations set forth in the contract concluded between the Client and the Store, or a change in the interpretation of the above-mentioned laws as a result of court decisions, decisions, recommendations or recommendations of authorities or bodies competent in the field;
- in the event of a change in the manner of providing services due to technical or technological reasons (in particular, updating the technical requirements indicated in these TERM);
- in the event of a change in the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the TERM apply, through the introduction of new, modification or withdrawal by the Store of existing functionalities or services covered by the TERM.
- In a situation where the Store makes changes to the TERM, it shall be made available on the website in a uniform form and sent by e-mail to clients at the e-mail specified in the order, which shall be considered as the introduction of information about the change into the means of electronic communication in such a way that the client could get acquainted with its content.
- The amendment to the TERM shall become effective 14 days from the date of sending information about the amendment.
